A Case of 9p-Syndrome.

We experienced a case of 9p- syndrome in a 2 year and 5 month old male child who manifested psychomotor retardation and multiple congenital anomalies. His karyotype was 46, XY, del (9) (p22). A brief review of literature was also presented.

We observed 34 cases who were admitted to Severance Hospital in order to evaluate the efficacy of prednisolone for the treatment of pleurisy wth effusion during the period of 9 years from May, 1956 to April, 1965.
